Item Care

Every single item on here is not stainless steel unless noted in the description.  Listed here is a quick guide on how to keep your items from rusting.

Before shipping I add a food safe beeswax coating on all items used with food.  This does not mean it will not rust so here is what I suggest to keep them in the best shape possible.

When washing your items do not use extremely hot water, that will take the beeswax off as well as scrubbing with abrasive brushes or scrubbers will do the same.  Soft sponges or rags with warm water is best.  Then immediately dry as best as possible.

Any of the outdoor tools or non food related items you can wipe down with a cloth covered in any sort of oil.  I use WD40 on a lot of my tools.

If any items become extremely rusty I suggest a wire brush or scotchbrite abrasive pad then oil or a beeswax to finish and protect.

If any items become extremely rusty and you want me to clean it for you.  Send a message via the contact page and we can set something up for a small cleaning fee.
